Very nice lively beer. I was lucky to find a 12 pack in Long-Island a few weeks ago. Very refreshing with distinct notes of honey and chamomile. No wonder this brew places well in international competitions.

Drank one on vacation in Providencials, Turks & Caicos. Would not order another one.

12 oz bottle at 5.6% ABV.

Pours pale golden-amber with a largish head that displays good retention.

A Carribean made Heineken pale lager, complete with mild bitterness and a faint skunkiness. Unappealing, skunky aftertast. Better than expected, but then the idea of a beer from Haiti is a bit scary.

Not as bad as I thought it was going to be. Poured a very light yellow with a fizzy head that dissipates quickly. The smell was mostly rice, but had some toasty aroma as well. The taste was standard with rice and a little malt and hops coming through. Although a very pleasant crisp bite at the end was nice. The mouthfeel was thin but for a summer beer it isn't bad. Was expecting terrible but got something that's just a bit below the average for this kind of beer.

OK: if you happen to find yourself in Haiti, this is the best you're gonna do. Otherwise, avoid this beer unless it's free (and even then, approach with caution).
