Classic hefe haze with a very pale yellow color. Low carbonation levels. Lots of bitter orange and clove flavor and pleasant banana esters. However the beer is unbalanced and very light bodied. The finish had amplified bitter orange and banana flavors and was fairly dry.

Ordered on-tap at the tasting room at the brewery. Poured a cloudy, bright yellow color. Strong aromas of bananas and honey. These notes continued in the flavors, and were enhanced with a sweet maltiness. Very low hops and little carbonation. Overall, the sweet flavors overpowered the beer, leaving it a little unbalanced. Good for a hefeweizen, but a bit inconsistent.
