June 2013: 660 ml bottle conditioned, from Voldby Købmandsgård. ABV is 4.0%. Deep golden colour, slightly hazy. Moderate white head. Lovely hoppy aroma, citrussy and herbal notes. Light bodied, but not watery. The flavour has a solid hoppy character throughout, notes of herbs, pine and grapefruit. Very enjoyable.

Can conditioned. Murky orange with a thin frothy head.
Gentle floral and citrus hops are apparent upon smelling. A malt backbone is present.
The taste reflects the aroma if a bit more earthy. Decent bitter completion.
The can conditioning provides a soft feel.
Enjoyable low ABV EPA.

A: The beer is hazy yellow in color. It poured with a thin white head that left lacing down the sides of the glass and a layer of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Light aromas of pale malts and yeast are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of pale malts and bread yeast with a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly chewy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is an easy drinking English Bitter.
Serving type: cask

330ml can conditioned with live yeast; unfiltered, unfined and unpasteurised. 3.8% ABV.
A delicate, new wave, English golden ale. Uses pale malt and new world hops to produce a brew high in refreshment and low in alcohol. Fragrant, floral, slightly sweet with tea-like astringency.

From can, at 3.8 ABV, pours a cloudy Amber colour with a good head that disapates to a thin layer. Aroma lemon, passionfruit, citrus. Taste pretty much follows the nose.
