Poured into a shaker pint glass.

Look: Light copper/amber color. Off white head dissipates quickly, leaving minimal if any lacing.

Aroma: Bready, yeasty, faint caramel sweetness.

Taste: Subtle nutty character with faint malty sweetness. Very slight hop notes in the finish.

Mouthfeel: Light bodied if not watery.

Overall: Could pass as an amber ale. Easily drinkable but very subdued notes throughout.

A - Poured out a clear, light burgundy color with a small, tan head of bubbly foam. It left little to no lacing.

S - Wheat and very little else.

T - Cracked wheat, mild lemon flavor and some caramel maltiness.

M - It was fairly crisp and sharp. A light bodied ale with a smooth, clean finish.

O - This is a pretty average beer. I suppose "outlaws" would enjoy it.

A: Pours a golden color with a small head and very little lacing.

S: Aroma is a funny sweetness with some grain.

T: Taste has a mild sweetness with some grain. There is very little bitterness and a fairly clean finish.

F: Light body and quite smooth. Not a lot happening here.

O: Not much of a wheat beer but might hold it's own against a BMC beer.

Well, I guess it's un-retired. Heard about this beer from Jesse James Dupree of the band, Jackyl, on the Appleton rock station. So it's a reissue?

Anyways.. amber-brown, nice initial head - though there's little lacing. Gotta say this tasting, of this wheat beer with a slice of lime, reinforces my preference for citrus with wheat beer. Tried this when I wasn't in the mood to share my review, without the lime - not the same. So, this tasting, mild aroma of little character, slight taste of overcooked bread, standout sour (yes, pushed.) Good, crisp mouthfeel. Overall, like the band's music, between good and meh.

Had on tap at the Yardhouse in KC.

Poured a straw golden yellow in color with a thin head and no lacing.

First aroma is of a slight breadiness and a mild amount of citrus.

Yeast flavor with a mild backdrop of coriander and light citrus. Not a whole lot going on.

Smooth as a wheat beer is, slightly filling with low carbonation.

Another beer with average taste but decent session drinkability. Have had several American wheats that outshine this rather easily.
