Stopped here for a quick lunch and a beer. Nice wood interior, plenty of tables, and an outdoor patio. There were about 10-12 beers on draft, and the menu was typical pub grub. Had a burger and the IPA which both were satisfying. Service was friendly and prompt. Worthy of a stop if driving on I-70 and want to hit a place relatively close to the exit.

Visited for a late lunch today after a Colorado scenic tour 6-14-20.
Vibe was nice on the outside. Did not catch much of the inside as i was walking thru. This is (by self claim) the largest brewpub in the Colorado Rockies.
Quality of the beer was solid but unspectacular.
Service was very good. Rob was timely and friendly.
Selection of beer was pretty good. I think they had about a dozen house brews on tap.
Food was very good. After 2 days of burgers/sandwiches, we were ready for a salad and they had good ones here. I had the La Bamba with grilled chicken; not as good as in Phoenix but the best at a brewpub in my experience. Da Boss was very happy with her Cali Chicken salad as well.
This place was recommended i can confirm it is a good spot to go.

Every time we go through Dillon on I-70 now, we have to hit the Dillon Dam Brewery. We went there because our previously frequent brewery in town just failed us. We are definitely new loyal fans to this brewery.
Food choices are extraordinaire - Quality is great - Beer choices are plentiful - Quality is great - Service is amazing (we had a waitress that took our order for 4 people without writing anything down - including 2 appetizers - and also a 5 beer sampler and everything was perfect - she was great). I talked to one of the original brewers for the brewery and now a manager as well - got a good history and overview of their brewery equipment and process. Great place.

Dillon Dam Brewery is a restaurant, bar, brewpup - somewhat in that order. It’s a great aprè ski stop when coming back from Keystone. If you get there before 6pm, they have a great happy hour with 1/2 price apps and all flagship Dillon Dam brews are reduced to ~$3.25. That included the Pilsner, a couple of IPAs, a Pale Ale, a Schwarzbier, a Wheat, the Dam Lyte, the Straight Lager, a Brown and an Irish Stout. The specialty brews included a gin barrel Saison and a Whiskey barrel-aged version of the Schwarzbier. Add another 1/2 dozen seasonal and you wind up with an impressive selection. Get their around 5 or earlier to avoid the crowd at the bar. If you plan to be seated, this is less of a concern as the two stories of seating appeared to handle the weekday crowd just fine. Vibe is relaxed with ski movies being shown on the bar area flatscreens. Service was good at the bar. Beers were all solid, but the barrel aged beers were a notch above. Bar food appetizers were better than average, and the HH prices made them a great deal. A must stop when in Dillon.

After attempting to summit Quandary Peak, we stopped here to refuel. The sausage and pretzel skewer was great! I thought the Irish stout was the best beer out of the three I tried. The brown ale was pretty good also. Decent service - decent being a word that applies to just about everything there - burgers, beer, service, and vibe.

I really enjoy coming up here and eating and drinking. Most of their food goes great with the various beers, and they're starting to bottle some of their less frequent releases, so that's a big plus. I wish they'd stick with a few of the most popular ones and make them year-round, but maybe that's coming down the road. It's surely worth a stop when you're in town or passing by on I-70.
