We start with an American light beer, lightly hopped, using only the finest hops. Cherry is then added to this beer and aged in our beer cellar, producing a delightful, refreshing taste and aroma.

I am trying a pint of this beer off the tapper at the brewery. It poured a slightly hazy orangish with white head that is not leaving much lace. The color was a combo of the blonde beer and maraschino cherry addition. The scent had maraschino and grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright malt base with grain and maraschino presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

Strong smell of cherry and light malt. Body is satisfyingly carbonated, very refreshing, the flavor is light, malty cereal with overwhelming cherry sweetness. Not terribly complex but is straightforward and good.

Poured from 16-ounce can into a sexy Mikasa goblet. ;) Slightly hazy pinkish-amber in color, with a pillowy white head that settled to a thick ring. Malt forward on the nose and palate, with a pleasant and not overpowering cherry overtone. Medium bodied, good carbonation, and a nice amount of bitterness lingering on the finish. I consider the lack of an intense cherry flavor as a positive thing. The character of this very good blonde ale is allowed center stage, with the mild cherry flavor providing a nice complement. (And the can art is awesome!)

The look at aroma are the highlights of this blonde ale from Front Street Brewery in Davenport, IA. Although it's brewed and packaged in Potosi, WI. by Potosi Brewing Co. The flavor does not live up to the aroma. The cherry is there and not overpowering, just seems a little too artificial sweet, medicinal. I think it would benefit more with a little bit of that sourness that a cherry has.

Drank from a 16 oz can, unknown birth date purchased from a gas station in Oxford, IA. Strong cherry smells waft from the can with adjacent - though subtle - taste. Meh. Not sure what it was but always awoke with a headache after drinking one.

I’m not a beer drinker but I had this whole in Davenport, IA. I absolutely love this taste and I will have some sent home. Great taste for sure.

On tap at a Davenport bar just minutes from the brewery.
This was a good drink, but not one that I will prefer. Was more hoppy than expected. The smell was wonderful, the cherry really comes through. Somewhat offsets the bitter from the hops, but not quite. Reminds me of why I personally prefer a porter.

Gold and yellow on the poor one finger head very light lacing I've heard some people describe it as though it was cough syrup but I wouldn't say so little bit of Wheat and of course cherry not too tart just a hint too sweet I like it.

Pours golden, sorta hazy, thin white head. Head dissipates steadily leaving some residual swirls of foam and some lacing.
Smell has notes of wheat, cherry cough medicine, some tart sweet cherry candy notes.
Taste follows the nose with notes of cherry cough syrup, cherry candy, bitter grass flavors, some white chocolate and vanilla notes as well. Bitterness builds as you drink the beer resulting in an astringent bitter flavor that is the only thing able to compete with the strong cherry.
Feel is pretty light and drinkable. If the flavor was better, this would be a nice summer drinking beer.
Overall the flavor is overly sweet - cherry cough syrup like - and the bitterness is rough. I wouldn't drink this one again.
