This is half of my BOTMC delivery for June.

Poured a bright gold with a cover of white foam which died down to a ring leaving spotty lace.
Clean grassy smell that makes me want to drink it outdoors. Mild carbonation.

Tastes of mildly sweet malt, a little grainy and more than a hint of hops at the dry clean finish. Light/medium bodied.

Good brew for the season at hand.

Picked up a single of this at the Sleeping Giant Tasting Room, in Helena Montana. Made by Lewis & Clark Brewing Co. it was hard to find out much about this one. A visit to the website listed on the label (www.yellowstonebeer.com) links only to a large view of the label, and a link back to the Lewis and Clark website.
Pours a dark yellow color, thin white head of foam. Too bad there isn't better head retention. Grassy aroma, not alot of smells or flavors. Clean flavor, tastes like a refreshing beer should. Nothing extraordinary, just a well made beer, as are all of the beer from this small company..
