Mediocre IPA. Slightly on the malty side. Was excited to try due to high rating but it was not up to expectations. Looked through some of the ratings and it appears some funny business may be going on with a bunch of very high 4 and some 5 ratings from BAs who have only rated a few (or sometimes even just 1) beers.

Nice and robust IPA with a little citrus cutting through the predominantly earthy aromas. Taste is primarily grassy and piney, with a decent hop bite. Big, crisp mouthfeel for the ABV.

Spicy with some fruit then more spice then lingering spice. The malt is nice and welcome. Pretty good the bitterness lingers a bit longer than i would prefer it does eventually become buttery however.

A very solid IPA if you like malt forward IPA's.
Hazy, deep orange color. Layered malt with a somewhat creamy and subtle hop finish.
Not your standard hop forward IPA, but this beer has it all. One of the best IPA's in Montana.

Poured from a week old can into a glass. Not much of a nose, caramel malty sweet with very light hops. Tastes like a light version of Hopslam lacking the booze.

Received this can fresh from a friend. Poured a dark amber color. Immediately smelled dark fruits and a bit of bathroom cleanser. This beer was incredibly malty with a remarkably dull hop character. Maybe it was just an off can, but this was very disappointing and really lacked any characteristics that you would expect from any style of IPA.
