Notes:
A Smooth and Sexy Brew.
Like golden waves of yeast crashing on a golden beach of golden sand with golden taps spewing golden beer that’s smooth as gold.
A Crisp Blonde Ale. Golden in color, medium in body—she’s brewed with the help and the honey of Durango’s Honeyville™ bees.
SOUL MATES
Light enough not to overwhelm tasty greens regardless of dressing. Works well with delicate fish. Pleasant accompaniment to lobster, clams, shrimp and crab – great w/ lobster bisque. Thirst quencher, works well with spicy/hot foods.
The taste is mildly sweet from the use of local honey, followed by bready malts, a touch of tangy wheat, a pleasantly mild bitterness, and citrus hop flavors in the end.

Clear, light gold appearance with a small off-white head and little lacing. Generic, sweet malt aroma; nothing distinct. Taste was watery, with a modest amount of sweetness. Slightly more flavorful than a macro. Light bodied with a fair amount of carbonation.

True blonde pours a yellow straw color with no head. Grainy and chemical aroma. Flavor is the same, grainy chemically, cheap flavor. Light and watery. Overall, not a good blonde.

What a pile of shit I hate when my laptop fucks up and then I'm left re-writing the shit I just wrote. This is a blonde ale, and it pours yellow and golden with 3/4" white head that has above average retention. The aroma is just mild grain.
Taste is a prototypical mild blonde ale. Truly, a beer for drinking and not really for contemplating. There is light pale toasted malts that have a biscuity presence ijjn the mouthfeel, a moderate amount of carbonation to help keep the levity going throughout the backside of the beer. Its non offensive and there are no off flavors. Mild bitterness and slight lemon to it.

Poured from a 12oz can into glass. Best By Date of 'SEP 08 17'.
Pale straw colored body, clear. Pillowy, brilliant white head. Sheets and bands of lacing.
Sweet malt and honey aromas.
Light tastes of bready malt and sweet honey. Tangy wheat, with mild bitterness, and citrus hops. (All included in the website description, but it is really to point).
Medium, smooth mouth feel.
Pleasant, light drinking ale with touches of sweet honey. Made to drink more than one.

I liked this one, even though it wasn't anything too challenging. Not hoppy enough to be a pale, and not a strong ale either, but tasty enough to have a few over the evening if you want. Low ABV, nice mellow blonde coloring, good in the summertime... sometimes that's all you need.

A medium bodied, husky, blonde, not as easy drinking as I thought it would be.

This beer pours a pale yellow with a large head. The aroma features soft cracker malts, a white wine quality, roses, lavender, and thyme. The flavor starts with a semi sweet doughy flavor, followed by a whack of rose petal and lavender, then a finish of slightly toasty malts. The mouthfeel is fullish, with a crisp bite and average carbonation. Overall, this is a pretty solid blonde ale - it has more going to than most examples of this style, and the big floral element is much welcomed by me.

Look: Poured from a 12 oz can. Very light and clear. Looks like a Pilsner. 1 - finger head that sticks around - nice retention.
Smell: Ample amounts of yeast and malt. Slight funk. No evidence of hops or fruit tang.
Taste: Bite of hops at first. Not overpowering, but noticeable for a bit. Bitterness fades and then you get biscuit, yeast, some wheat and malt. A bit Belgian like, but not strong. More like a lager/pilsner than an ale.
Feel: Thin. Ok carbonation.
Overall: Ok beer. Not as flavorful as many I've had. Session Beer.

The looks remain much the same. The smell comes across stronger, sweeter, honey-like with a suggestion of fresh pear. The taste also exudes a balanced, flavorful light sweetness and mild ester quality with a quiet hop bitterness. The body suggests mild to moderate heaviness; light residual sugar sweetness; a touch of dryness yet gently sweet overall.
The can had a best before date on the bottom of "BBD 01 /04/21. This was a gift beer that I've had hiding in the beer refrigerator for a while. It certainly is more appealing than the on-tap version I had over 3 1/2 years ago. It is refreshing and tasty.
---------------
Experienced on-tap at the English Dockside restaurant in Colorado Springs.
Light golden body; rich, creamy, white head. Very little aroma; faint esters. Mild, light grain flavor; fair, complimentary hop bitterness. Clean, crisp mouthful.
A fair pale ale; rather mundane but satisfactory overall.
