An unfiltered ale, it has a distinct wheat flavor and a slight hint of citrus.

A: Clear straw/gold color. Poured a 2 finger white head that dissipated to a thick skim. Decanted slowly. Laced the glass in wide rings.
S: Slightly sweet wheat malt. Lemon zest and citrus.
T: Just like the nose; bready wheat malt and citrus. Smooth and a little coating. Low, even bitter.
M: Light body. Moderate carbonation. A little coating; lacked the carbonation to refresh the palate.
O: Decent beer, could use a bit more carbonation.

Filtered wheat ale that showcases its orange straw body and thin head. Citrus aroma with nimble and unbalanced wheat/hops. I was looking for something to bring those two together. I found that this could be quite drinkable for a summer session beer, but didn't hit the mark for the snowy cool weather. May be a good brew for someone new to craft brews . Again the beer at the Brewery at Lake Tahoe have a thin taste and mouthfeel that is unbalanced and quite watery. Chow down on the food but grab one beer that could pair to what your eating - don't worry about getting a pitcher or growler.

Lightly chill hazed body with a light frothy cap that laced a wee bit.
Smell is lemon, err get that off my glass! Light almost undectable wheat and no hops. Slight apple and light fruit aroma.
What flavor there is come off citric with a strange yeasty wheat finish. A pretty bland beer.
Not a good beer by my point of view, but it apparently sells.
