L- Pours a clear mid-shestnut brown, with a fine-bubble just off-white head, holding very well.
S- It's maltiness is the most prominent aspect to me.
T- It has a rich taste to it, just about stopping short of me describing it as 'sweet'. It has mild toastiness and is puddingy rich, and the 7.2% clearly reveals itself on the palate too. It seems to lack a clear character, or at least something that stands out and demands I recognise higher than middling quality.
F- The carbonation in the mouth holds up well. It's quite pungent (with the ABV%) and not something I'd order on a summer's day in Spain, as I wouldn't regard this as refreshing.
O- Interesting to try, but it seems to lack much of a defining character.
Bought from BeersOfEurope. 330ml bottle. BB: printed on glass at neck 20/06/2020.

Cerveza de color cobrizo, con una cabeza espumosa duradera. Aromas a caramelo, malta y cereal. En boca es ligera, con una carbonatación media. Cerveza dulce, maltosa.

Poured from the bottle into a fun little chalice-type glass at a cafe on Plaza de San Angel in Madrid, Spain. The beer is an orange brown color with an off-white head. The beer has slightly fruity character with a toasted malt backbone. I'm not sure it really fits as a doppelbock, but it was quite tasty on a chilly December afternoon.

It pours dark red bordering on brown. The head is made up of large bubbles. The aroma is caramel-like and with all the typical bock notes. The taste is full of caramel and with lots of cinnamon. Medium body and with moderate carbonation.

From Hipercor. In Teku glass. Playing Blackwell's Epiphany. Like an euro strong lager but a bit softer, with a less alcoholic and more tasty sweetness. Clean
