look: 4 | smell: 4 | taste: 4 | feel: 4 | overall: 4.5

Appearance: Arrives at the bar with an espresso brown color and a modest tan head that quickly drops to a ringlet but still manages to web the pint glass

Smell: Black bread and roasty aromas, with a hint of chocolate that develops as the beer warms

Taste: Black bread with bitter roasty elements that become fruitier with warmth; burnt charcoal and a hint of dark chocolate after the swallow; a slight briny flavor appears at the very end, but it could be the power of suggestion

Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation

Drinkability: Brewed with oysters, this is a very drinkable dry stout that has a hint of brine that makes it well balanced and distinctive
