March 2022: A light pilsener that doesn't stand out in any way, not bad either, well suited for the warm climate of the island where it's brewed. Have sampled it many times there, on tap, from bottle and can. Haven't seen it anywhere else. Reminds me a bit of the Finnish Lapin Kulta pilsener.

250ml green bottle brought back from Fuerventuera. Pours a amber colour with small white head with medium carbonation. Aromas of malt & grain. Tastes of cardboard, grains, cereals and sweet malts with a very mild bitterness

Not a big lager drinker, but this brew is really crisp and refreshing on a warm Canarian Summer afternoon.

This is the tipical Canary Island beer.
you can find it at supermarket on can or in any island restaurant on the green glass bottle(better look).
Classic blonde beer with two fingers cap. Light , not particular smell but mouth taste very fresh and bitter. tipical sunny beach beer. If you had ever seen a Canary beach this is the beer you would like. also good with a piece of lemon . Goes particulary well with "mojo picon" sauce Canary best sauce.

500ml can bought from Hiperdino supermarket, Puerto de la Cruz, in Tenerife.

Poured into a glass tumbler.

A- Straw coloured body with lively beading. Produces a rocky 1 finger head that reduces extremely quickly to leave no head and extremely minimal lacing.

S- Musty and faint sweet grains.

T- Very light in the flavours, sweet grain but even that, you really have to look for it, and there is really no hop bite in the finish at all. On a positive note, it is a clean finish.

M- High carbonation, medium body.

D- Next to none, overly carbonated with no flavour profile to make it refreshing. Not even nice to look at. Poor

I got my hands on a green 25 cl long-necked bottle with a green label. The writing is in white and there's a golden picture of a Carnarie-dog.

A: Pale golden with a very small white head that dissipates instantly.

S: Malt, a bit sweet, but also corn. Faint bitter hops and even fainter citric notes.

T: Very much like the smell - no surprises here.

M: Light-bodied and medium carbonated. Almost no aftertaste.

D: Could work on the beach on a warm summer day if you want to quench your thirst. Otherwise I'm sceptic.

xmas 07 gift from my bro ... nice and crispy ... a delicous pils that is very refrshing ... lacing is pretty good... wonderfully balanced and hits the spot ... enjoyable beverage that i am sure is sold on the beaches of the canary islands.. skip the margarita and get a tropical!

The colour is pale yellow; the low white head slowly sinks down to a white lid, leaving some lacing.

The smell is mild. Some sweet notes of malt, honey and yeast and a slight flavour of wet paper.

The taste got a lightly sour chemical note. Some average sweet malt with a hint of wheat dough. Medium body. The aftertaste got some notes of minerals, paper pulp, flowers and alcohol.

The carbonation is a little weaker than the average Euro lager. Small bubbles. The liquid is a bit thick in the mouth.

Said to be the most popular beer in the holiday resort Grand Canaria, this is just another dull lager. Not as watery as expected, though.
