A-pours a orange copper color, with some sediment in suspension, off white head with good retention and lacing
S-grapefruit, apricot, soft biscuit, malty backbone
T-orange, grapefruit, apricot, dry biscuit in the finish with pine bitterness
M-medium bodied with average carbonation
O-well balanced flavorful IPA. Not sure I would seek it out over the original limbo, but I would gladly drink either of them

A: slight haze; burnt orange in color; 1+ finger ivory head that receded to a splotchy cap; little lacing;
S: tangerine and grapefruit with a bit of caramel in the background;
T: malty up front; balanced between caramel and grapefruit with tangerine in the background from the middle through the finish; mild to moderate bitterness at the end;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; lightly dry finish;
O: I would have liked more hop character in the flavor;

Similar to the regular Limbo IPA. A little more citrus flavor but disappointing overall. I expected more flavor and character. Not a bad beer but my search for a great grapefruit IPA continues.

Nice cloudy amber appearance with true IPA head. Smells of grapefruit and tangerine pith. Taste is good, malts, lots of strong citrus, but this IPA's citrus bitter-sweetness grew on me after a few sips. The hops are muted a bit by the fruit but they do arise on the backend with floral flavors. This brew is almost silky going down which was a pleasant surprise. Medium-bodied with fruity aftertaste.
