Long Trail Double White is an unfiltered ale brewed with hints of coriander and orange peel. The soft notes of citrus and spice are topped with a light, fluffy head that finishes clean and crisp.

My shaker pint contained a cloudy, hazy golden brew, with scattered carbo. Head was a thin, white, rim-job of fine bubbles, with decent lacing. Nose had a bit of light spiciness, though it was mild. A little prickle hit the tongue, and the body was a good medium.
Hints of hefeweizen-like clove and banana hit the palate, with a more dominating orange peel and coriander combo following. There almost, almost seemed like there was a smidge of lime floating around in there, too. Finished a touch dry and spicy. The day was warm and we were out on the back deck; this made for a most refreshing bier under those circumstances. Prosit!
