Features a medium amber body, balanced with a modest amount of Willamette hops. This spring ale is highly drinkable, flavorful and finishes clean and crisp.

12oz bottle poured into a pint. It is still winter, but I was really excited to try a new Long Trail beer. I am reviewing this Spring beer a little early
A: Clear orangish/amber color. The head had a really bubbly/soapy appearance. Not much retention. Looks like a light spring beer, just what it is suppose to be.
S: All malt for the aroma, nice and sweet, not much else. Not a trace of hop aroma. A faint bread/yeasty scent. That's about it.
T: A very mellow sweet taste in the beginning. There is a slight perfume type taste in there. Finishing off with a little hop bite. Reminds me more a pilsner than anything else.
M: Light and smooth. Little bit of a soapy sort of mouth feel.
D: Highly drinkable. The carbonation can be a little much but that seems to be the case with most light beer for me.
To be honest... There really isn't much to say about this beer. It is a pretty forgetful beer. I do like the label on the bottle though.
