Bottle from Project X, 650ml into a tulip. 18 IBUs as per the label, split with my girlfriend.

Poured a reddish orange with some browner highlights. White head that's quite short lived, no retention save a few bubbles composing the collar with no lacing either. Nose has some light ginger and floral character, some general ginger ale notes, with caramel and some saison yeast. Taste has gentle ginger notes, a bit of spice, caramel and a bit of cola flavour. Mouthfeel is medium light and fairly watery while the carbonation is low (close to flat, as anticipated by the lack of head produced). Decent ginger flavour and certainly drinkable, but a bit too one-dimensional to be revisitiable.
