Pours transparent amber in color with a modest off-white head that is gone in a flash. Vigorous, soda-like carbonation populates much of the surface of the glass. Minimal aroma, if it qualifies as such, smells faintly of apple juice and possibly caramel.

Flavor matches the aroma nearly exactly--barely there, with hints of caramel and apple juice. Grain husk eventually manifests in the finish, after you've since stopped caring. Carbonation is crisp and sharp, and the body is downright watery.

Even if you brewed it, that doesn't mean you have to bottle and distribute it, much less put your name on it. I haven't had anything this base in quite some time.

Don't waste your money. Thin watery beer with not much going for it.

Poured an amber color with virtually no head. Smells somewhat like pond water. Taste is only OK. Is extremely thin and watery.

Super thin mouthfeel, no real flavors evident.

Tasted a pint, on tap, at the brewery. Poured in a plastic pint glass. Light amber color. Small head that quickly dissipates. No malt aroma. No malt taste, no hop taste (however, I did not expected it for this style). In fact it does not taste like anything at all. Thin, watery body. Not impressed.

Based on my experience with this beer (and my wife's similar reaction to the Honey Wheat she ordered) we won't be going back.
