Kind of a clearer golden color with a touch of amber tint. Smallish head fades but maintains a slight layer above the liquid. Quality lacing sheets. I ordered this thinking, American-hoppy Pils, but after a whiff and sip I detect Bohemian styled. That's fine, something a bit different. Pils malt aroma with a touch of caramel bready sweetness. Slight notes of floral sharpness in the end. Flavor is a bit slighter in the pils dept with more complexity in maltiness. More of a honey like sweetness with a touch of some rich caramel flavors. Pils malt is dominant. A touch of diacteyl maybe. Hops are noted but never imposed upon. Finish is ridiculously clean. Too clean possibly as it gets forgetable. Body is fuller than expected. A quality drinker, I'm not well versed in the Bohemian style but I think this one hits it fairly well.

Bright straw color. Lots of flavor. Slightly sour bitterness bite. Smooth easy drinking.

12 oz bottle poured into a pilsner glass.
No date or info. "non-pasteurized, please keep refrigerated."
A - Pale to the max, this brightly clear yellow beer almost has a grey-ish hue to it. The white head is abundant and lacing-rich.
S - Very subtle noble hop undertones allow a pinch of floral spice to emerge from behind the simple blend of pale and pilsner malt. Crisp and clean with just a slight odd, almost fruity finish.
T - Marquette Pilsner has a nice floral and faint citrus hop character up front that's sideswiped by a light fruity characteristic that's not terrible, but not so welcome for the style. Pale and pils malt finishes out with a smooth sweetness and honey drizzle.
M - Marquette Pilsner is surprising in that it finishes with a mild lingering bitterness that's just slightly more upfront than your usual pilsner. Crisp and lighter-bodied, the balance is very nice here.
O - Drinkable and refreshing, Marquette Pilsner shows real potential but has just a few flaws holding it back from greatness. That's also me being very picky. Realistically, I wouldn't hesitate to put a few of these beers back with one of their delicious pizzas!

Pale golden straw color, totally transparent, thin chreamy white head, ok lacing, minimal carbonation streams.
Sweet fruity aroma with cookie crumbs and nobel hops.
Dried biscuit or muffin malts with honey and a jammy fruit sweetness. Slightly sour yeasty middle followed by a semi-dry, lightly hopped finish.
Clean, balanced, with light carbonation prickling at the tongue. Not bitter but dry enough to work.
Medium body for a pilsener. Very drinkable.

Pours a clear gold, quite carbonated and a large white frothy foam head.
The aroma is a clear, distinct malt smell of the style, with a nice hint of grain.
Flavor is slightly bready with a touch of sweetness from honey or caramel. Gives a yeasty body with a grassy hop aftertaste.
Ends very dry, with a low key bitterness that is enjoyable.
Mouthful is fine, medium thickness, not too carbonated, smooth dry finish.
Very drinkable. Got better as I drank more.
I didn't expect much from this beer, mostly due to the style (not the brewery!) A very respectable beer. If a macro had pushed this out, it would be everyone's favorite.

Lightly chill-hazed pale golden under a bountiful crown of pure fluffy white.
Cracker crumbs, yeast and Nobles on the nose.
This is a simple brew, yet remarkably satisfying. Dry, yeasty biscuit-like start, coupling with a subdued honey tone. More yeast, mid-section as this bulks up a bit and become bready-a la sourdough. Grassy, herbal hop notions complete things. This is very low on bitterness, but ends quite dry.
Sturdy bodied pils and quaffable by the bucketful. This would be a great conversion brew for macro-lovers. Well done.
