An excellent American Ale. Full fruit and citrus hop aroma balanced perfectly with smooth malts in the flavor. Slightly grainy. Very nice appearance at a translucent light brown with a frothy white head that dispels quickly to leave a nice white lattice. Retention could be better. Super smooth. I am impressed by the hops in the aroma but they do not overwhelm the taste at all. The malt really comes through caramely. Very drinkable and extremely well balanced. Maybe just a bit on the light side though. I’m not experienced enough in the style to know for sure.
