330 ml bottle, in Denmark, on numerous occasions. Golden colour, white head. One of the better Danish industrial pilseners - and it’s organic!.............................

330 ml bottle. Pours golden with foamy white head and soda like carbonation. Aroma is of grassy hops and bready malt. Body is medium and crisp. Unpleasant bitterness dominate the palate. Some sweetness’ also present. I wonder what this brew is made off?

Served from a bottle into a plastic cup (I know...) in Christiania, Copenhagen. Reviewed from notes. Cost was 20 DKK.
A: Pours a four finger head of soft foam, no real cream, good thickness, and great retention (~4.5 minutes). Colour is a semitransparent pilsener yellow-gold.
Sm: Cream and stale barley. Light.
T: Cream and slightly stale barley. Simple and alright. Not horribly refreshing. Somewhat balanced. Poorly built all around.
Mf: Smooth and wet. Not really complementary of the flavour.
Dr: A generic pils to be avoided. Not high ABV, but very cheap by Danish standards.

Appearance: Clear, lighter nut brown. Very teeny bubbles, flowing vigorously to the top.
Smell: Hoppy but a bit malty too. slightly flowery and sweet but not particularly strong in smell.
Taste: Hops, honey, grass. Good, different version of a pilsner. Touch of tartness.
Mouthfeel: As far as pilsners go, it's grainy.
Drinkability: Good. pleasant and different.

This beer pours a golden amber. The head is thin but seems to be staying around without lacing. The aroma is a bit sour. The taste is very light on the tongue and has a very clean aftertaste. The mouthfeel is a very bubbly and hoppy lager or pilsner. Very drinkable, but wouldn't look for it in the store.

The Pilsner is the Danish everyday beer a pale lager with some 4-4.5% ABV without overwhelming malt or bitterness. Now, I know that Thistedt can make such beer. But can they make a good organic variant? (Note: This beer is reviewed just a few days before the Best Before date)
The liquid is somewhat cloudy; the colour is yellow with a tint of gold. The finger thick head slowly sinks down to a minimal lid leaving some lacing. It doesnt look very impressive
The mild smell got some malty grassy notes and a hint of bitterness (mint?) and a hint of wet cardboard.
The taste is unbalanced and uninteresting at the same time: Malty notes with some grassy-sour notes are blended with a mild and unfocused bitterness with some flowery notes and quite a lot of minerals. The aftertaste got a growing almost annoying earthy flavour with some sweet creamy bread-like flavour and a very neutral bitterness. The finish got a citric touch.
Carbonation is strong; lots of small short bubbles.
Nope: Another dull beer with an organic excuse.
