I wish I could have given more for appearance but I was in a darker portion of the brewery/bar (so the number is more based on my poor vision than the beers actual presentation). Noted that it did present with a dark-reddish color and a thinning head (mostly just a ring), perhaps due to the timing from tap to table.

As soon as the pint hit the table, I could literally smell the raspberry with tiny hints of a cherry background. It. Smelled. Amazing.

The taste was on par with the smell. I got a hit of raspberry followed by a tarter swallow from the cherries, balanced by a favorable malt to hops ratio. While expecting more body, it presented to be much thinner than the look, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

I would recommend this Ale to anybody. The smell invites and the taste delivers. It is solid enough to be substantial but thin enough (but by no means "light") to enjoy quite a few in a visit (as I did). This is definitely a beer that will allow a novice beer drinker to close their eyes, pay attention, learn the flavor and feel and make an intelligent review. Not a lot of "hidden undertones" for the beginner to try to distinguish. The flavors are there, smacking you in the face and delivering on a very pleasing level. Highly recommend.

Not great. Very muddled. Pours a very odd color. Fruity cherry aroma but it's hard to distinguish the different fruit flavors. Makes for a weak fruit ale.

This was poured into a becher pint glass. The appearance was a rustic brown color with a slowly dissipating finger’s worth of white foamy head. Light lacing. I see the seeds in this, so yes, well, we know that’s authentic raspberry in this. The aroma leans red raspberry first and then opens up on into some light sweetness. Ends up balancing very nicely between the tart and the sweet. The flavor balances very nicely between some caramel malts playing underneath on the fruity aromas. Semi-sticky fruity aftertaste leading into the finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionable smooth crisp sweet feel hitting my tongue appropriately. Carbonation is barely there. Overall, this was a nicely done fruit beer taking the cherry and the red raspberry over a light malt base.

The color is a ruby to amber appearance that has a haze to it. There is not much of a head at all and it is carbonated to the look and taste. The aroma is superb, clean, fresh. The taste, though highly carbonated splashes an initial taste of raspberry with some bitterness. The aftertaste is clean with an occasional hint of cherry leaving you wanting for more. There is no medicine taste as some cherry beers have that give this a high mark. The beverage is crisp, goes down easy and a wonderful compliment to a summer time fire by the lake or stream.

Copper color with a ripcurl shaped swirl of foam on top. Smells like raspberry ginger seltzer and Sam Adam's cherry wheat. Toasted grain in there too. Raspberry flavor with cherry tartness and not overwhelming cough syrup. I don't hate it.
