12 oz. bottle with a plain label depicting a rabbit dressed up as a redcoat. It pours a hazed tawny amber with medium carbonation and 3 fingers of tan head that leaves light lacing. The aroma is fairly weak with hints of malt and hops, but the flavor is more pronounced, with a raw, oily, lemon/grapefruit hop character imparting a medium bitterness on top of toasted/caramel malts. It has medium carbonation and body with a similar finish and is overall not too complex, but has a nice hoppiness. Not sure how close it adheres to the English bitter style as it was a bit overly-hopped and the hops didn't taste that English, but a decent brew nonetheless.
