Style: Fruit / Vegetable Beer

Alcohol by volume (ABV): 5.10%

Availability: Year-round

Notes / Commercial Description:
A beer cloaked in secrecy. An ale whose mysterious and unusual palate will swirl across your tongue and ask more questions than it answers. A sort of dry, crisp, refreshing, not-quite pale ale. #9 is really impossible to describe because there's never been anything else quite like it.

Poured into a pint glass.

Pours a light copper. With a white thin fluffy head, minimal head and some patch lace. Average looks.

Smells of light apricot, sweet malts. Light nose. Decent smell.

Brew tastes creamy initially, apricot and light hops. Good crisp drinker here. Has a semi dry finish. Good session brew with lots of good flavor and balance. Good.

Good session brew for sure; a party pleasing brew - especially for summer get togethers.

Ehhh...

A: Pretty, clear, and light orange. Summery!

N: It smells slightly like metal. Oh, and apricots.

T: Oh hey! It also tastes slightly like metal! Oh, and apricots.

M: Pretty awesome mouthfeel if it's a hot day, actually. This would be a nice beer for being outside on the 4th of July for instance. I can't believe they brew this all year because it is totally a seasonal type beer.
