Bottle poured into tulip glass

Pours two fingers of taupe foam that settles toa. Gentle layer of dense carbonation with good lacings. Visible carbonation in a translucent orange brown. Looks like a a well steeped tea

Aroma of pine hops with a hint of peppery spice

Smooth sip, gentle carbonation, bitterness on the back of the tongue and aftertaste. Taste a bit of the piney hops. Medium mouthfeel

A different tasting and style of beer. Has a sour bitterness .

A: The beer is quite hazy caramel copper in color and has lots of particulates visible floating in suspension. It poured with a half finger high beige head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface, a collar around the edge and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of spicy rye are present in the nose along with some hints of caramel malts and pine resin hops.
T: Much like the smell, the spicy flavors of the rye are the dominant flavors in this beer, which has underlying notes of caramel hops and a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. The hops and rye add a little crispness and bite to the mouthfeel.
O: This seems to be more of a Rye Beer than an IPA as the spicy aromas and flavors of rye overpower the hops.
