This is a fun brewery. Free samples, free tours, and pleasant service. Fun, but the quality isn't tops. Still, they usually have one or two fairly good beers on tap. Overall worth going to if your taking a trip to Burlington.

This will be my 2nd review, so I hope it doesn't suck. LOL

I was fairly impressed by this beer. I purchased in in a Fall combo 12 pack, & I can tell you this, I though everyone was very good. This is my 1st Pumpkin flavored Ale, & must say, I like it a lot! I'm very happy with Magic Hat's beers so far & I hope to try some more in the future.

You definitely get the Pumpkin & all spice coming through. But I fine it q

I am not a huge Magic Hat fan, mostly because they made the worst beer ever (Whacko), but the #9 isn't my thing either, but, their brewery is a fun visit, and a ton of stuff on draft, and things they you never see in the stores. I got a few growlers there, almost something I want every time I have been. Hello Imperial Pilsner, I would like some more please.

this is easily one of the coolest brewery tours in the game, glad this place is not able to be reviewed on here, i think its worthy of a little write up. looks cool from the outside, you can see that funky tour on the neck labels of some rusting outside, kind of neat. you walk into a vast shop area, cool right from the get go, neat music, sort of psychedelic. self guided tours are cool, you walk through a long hallway, creepy mardi gras theme, very acid trip, past paintings of retired beer labels and float pieces from the parade they do. a small room with a brief history of craft beer comes on, super neat to watch, and then you spill out on an observation deck above the brewhouse, bottling line, packaging area, and the rest of the functional side. finally you walk down some stairs with flyers from old concerts they have hosted. it spits you out right back in the main room you came in through, but there is a bar there you notice this time. free tastes of all the beers and growler fills only, but they are generous with the pours, and its cool to shop around with a beer. friendly people, all vermonters seem to be, and these guys are one of the original staples of the craft game, regardless of what has happened since. i love that you can get some one offs and blends here that never see the light of day, and i always leave with a few growlers for the ferry ride back. something magical about this place (pun intended). i visit every time i am in town.
