Draft
Decent creamy smaller head, little lacing, mostly clear blond color
Nose mild toasted sweet blond malt, faint fruity, touch grassy hop
Taste mild toasted sweet blond malt, hint grassy hop and a little fruity, touch grass straw, fairly light, touch bitterness especially a weird nagging bitterness
Mouth is med to lighter bod, s decent carb
Overall not bad, a bit on the lighter side but good summer blonde

160z can purchased at Luke's in Yarmouth. Copper/gold color and a slightly malty nose. Flavors are hard to find but may include peach, roasted malt and sweet corn. Not a whole lot going on here but an OK summer beer.

My first from Cape Cod Beer; brewing almost exclusively in the English tradition and distributing only within 50 miles of Hyannis. Committed to the Cape as brewer for those who love the Cape, the brewery's slug for this can was "A vacation in every pint." Kind of canned hospitality. Nice.
And this blond is nice, too. Looks start off average, almost clear and lager-like. Aromas are mostly malt (probably a mix but mostly barley) and my cautious nose detects some hops at work. The Tastes have the hops come a little stronger, but they behave quite well; not trying to steal the show from the malts and merely countering the malts. Mouth Feel is lighter, but this is a light beer.
Overall, I'm glad I Had it. I could Have it again when I return to the Cape. In the meantime, keep to your knitting: I bet Cape Cod will get the British tradition better and better.
