Brewed with 40% more ingredients to bump any ordinary pilsner to an imperial level.  We hop the kettle four times, using a good amount of Amarillo hops to balance the malty sweetness from the pilsen malt and  lots of flaked maze. At 7.5% ABV and 50 Bittering Units, this beer is still very quaffable and packed full of flavor thanks to the help of our house American lager yeast.  This beer was brewed upon the request of every ones favorite beer tender, Jeremy “the curl” VanSice

Crisp. Grassy and earthy. A nice pils that didn’t disappoint. Pretty golden color. Maybe even a hint of mint. Enjoyable.

I got a couple of cans of this beer from a mixed 18pck that I bought from my local meijer store. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving a nice lace. The scent had mild grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright malt base with floral and earthen hop presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Pours light gold. Foamy, short, white head that fades shortly.

Smells grain, pilsner malt, citrus, grassy and touch of grain.

Tastes pilsner malts, pale malt, grassy, light grain and citrus. Finish is dry with a lagery/pale malt linger. Medium body and smooth medium carbonation.

Pours into a pilsner a lighter golden color with a full two finger bone white head that sticks like glue to the glass leaving a full ring of lace behind as it settles.Grainy and vegetal in the nose like a spring bock in alot of ways, not much sweetness.Quite a dry, metallic palate with some peppery and grassy-like hops with not much sweetness,a cracker malt base is slight. The alcohol is well hidden, not as spring bock-like as I thought it would be.Not bad.

Pours straw colored and clear, with streams of carbonation rising to a tightly packed honeycomb head. Aroma is crusty white bread and grassy, floral hops. Taste follows, with a grainy flavor and zesty hop bite, earthy, grassy and floral.
