Brew Onto Others as You Would Have Them Brew Onto You. An organic tribute to an English style India Pale Ale using 100% organic 2-row malted barley, enormous doses of hops from New Zeeland, and a pure English ale yeast. A simple malt bill provides a light golden color, but also a template for the discernable hop characteristics of earthy, grassy, and even hay-like (flowery) flavors to come through, before the light easy-drinking bitter finale.

Very nice English IPA. Served on tap at the pub. Golden color with a bit of haze, and a finger of attractively fluffy foam. Aromas of floral and herbal hops. Nice noble hops flavors, with lots of grass/earthy, herbal/tea like notes. Clean finish.

Surprisingly bright shade of golden yellow out of the bottle with a smallish white head. Aroma is sweetish and malty, with light noble hops and fruity esters - think apple juice and wet grass. However, the flavor is unexpected departure from the aroma. The sweetness and fruity yeast are nowhere to be found. Instead, this a dryish, malty, yet bitter pale ale, a lot closer to what many pale ales used to be 10 years ago. Body and carbonation are somewhere in the middle and seem to go fine with a dry and lengthy bitter finish.
I enjoyed the beer and the recollection of what pales were like before the hop craze began. Nothing particularly noteworthy about it, yet a well-made pale.

Pours a light yellow, hazy-colored liquid. Very similar to hefe in appearance. Minimal and quickly dissipating head.
Smell is a mix of cut grass, lemon, orange peel, and floral essences. Interesting.
Taste is full of light maltiness, orange, lemon, and a bit of funk. Not the most full flavor, but not bad.
Pretty crisp and light in the mouth. Strong citrus presence.
On the whole, this is an okay beer. Not terribly earth-shattering; not bad either. Probably would be a good beer to sip on a warm day due to its light body and citrus flavors.
