Really wanted to try this one just to see where the Marshmallow was going to fall into place. The beer poured out as a nice brown color with a light tan head on top. The smell of the beer gave off the peppermint aromas really well. The taste of the beer was also full of chocolaty peppermint but not marshmallow... The mouthfeel of the beer was decent, pretty typical feeling brew in my opinion. Overall I feel that it's a really cool attempt at making something new and interesting but it might be also have some room for improvement.
