On tap at Short's, I feel like this oddity would get along well with pretzels. I mean really well.

A - Pale, yet too-bright yellow, minimal head, and clear.

S - Sour mustard funk, almost sulfuric. Very peculiar.

T - The taste is a lot more mellow than the smell, almost sweet and sort of a horseradish twinge in the back.

M - Very light-bodied, nice and smooth.

O - Unlike their Bloody Beer, I think this might be an experimental worth revisiting, since the mustard isn't too overpowering, but it's not an everyday drinker.
