Served on nitrogen, only available at the brewery... no growlers :/

A - This is a very attractive beer, thanks largely to the nitro. The bubbles take about a minute to settle into a half-inch head that offers delightful retention and lacing. Simply sexy.

S - There is honestly no smell that I can discern from this brew.

T - Mellow, grassy hops, and creamy chocolate. Sort of buttery... this is a very full-bodied, simplistic beer.

M - Creamy and drinkable. Not too dry like a lot of ESBs are, it's dangerous.

O - I want to take it home with meeee!
