A - Pours a clear gold with a one-finger white head. The head dissapates quickly leaving some light lacing.
S - Faint aromas of corriander, orange, and Belgian yeast.
T - The taste is Belgian yeast, corriander, orange peel, and some light malty sweetness. Finish has a light bitterness.
M - Light bodied with medium carbonation. The mouthfeel is crisp with a dry finish.
O - This was a decent Wit and a nice example of the style.

This Wit is pale yellow with a thick haze, pretty standard for the style. The head is a pure white cap half a finger tall that doesn't stand for long and leaves light spotting.
The malts are dry and it's dusty, clean though, with gentle spices and a light sweetness. The clove and light notes of white pepper I expect are here with just a touch of citrus zest.
The body is soft and light but even with a full crispness. It's smooth from beginning to end.

12 fl.oz. bottle
Served in a weizen glass
L - It is straw colored with a slight haze. It has about an inch of white head.
S - The obligatory orange and coriander.
T - The orange peel really stands out in this one. I get some slight bitterness in the finish.
M - Medium highly carbonated
O - This is a pretty good example of a witbier.
