On tap at the source.

A: Pours a nice burnt orange hue with a slightly off white head. Nice retention and lacing.

A: The sage is huge up front but you also gets notes of pine and light citrus. There is also a small malty sweetness, but the sage really dominates the nose.

T: What an original flavor profile. Very herbal, dank, and earthy. Again the sage is prominent and quite overpowering at times, but I think this is what they were going for. Earthy up front, slight sweetness in the middle, and finishes bitter at the end.

M: Medium body, good levels of carbonation. Quite pleasing.

O: I have always been a fan of originality in beer, and I have to say, I've never tasted anything quite like this. I couldn't drink a ton of this, in fact, a pint would probably be enough, so the drink ability is lower. But, I really enjoyed this beer. Would have again.
