Even though this is a chain, they generally carry a very nice selection of beers, both on tap and in bottles. They keep a decent rotation going, and at times get some really amazing beers on tap (GI BCBS, Two Brothers seasonals).

The food is a bit above-average pizza-type fare. I usually enjoy a hefty calzone, though the pizzas are good as well. Too be fair, the food can be a bit greasy.

The bartenders are friendly and seem fairly well-schooled on their beer selection, and they are willing to let you sample a few beers fi you ask.

The atmosphere is okay - sitting at the bar gets you the best service.

Overall a good place - for Rockford beer lovers, one of the best.

It's ok. Good enough draft selection to as a minimum, get you through the dinner (which was ok) satisfied enough that you had a good beer but not an over the top list ether. Service was fine. Nothing stellar here, but nothing to run you off either.

Went here with my brother-in-law and sister (and her two kids) about two weeks ago.

The location is a bit odd seeing as it is situated in a strip mall area (I have been to others that are their own restaurant like Friday’s). Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and it was decently busy. The vibe was the same as any other chain restaurant. The quality was decent, though it did look like it could have been revamped a bit. The service was excellent (and they put up with my niece and nephew which is a huge plus, haha). The selection also was not that bad – they had quite a few Oktoberfest beers and a decent selection in general. Obviously there was nothing crazy special but for a chain restaurant it was not bad. The food was honestly the highlight. I got their pizza, which I guess they are known for (I have only been here twice in my life) and it was damn good. Prices were fair. If I had to choose a chain restaurant in Rockford, I’d suggest to go here; however, now that Friday’s is doing craft beer (and I have not been to one as of late) I may look to see what they have there. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Went there today for the first time in over a month. I am a beer club member, five tours in, so take that for what it is worth, Today was day two of the summer mini tour. I was able to partake in a Blue Moon Summer, A Frankensener (spelling) Hefe, a Tsingtoa, and a Newcastle. All in all not a bad experience. The bartender appeared to be a little new or apprehensive at times. It was the same as i recall it being in the past. They still have the same beers on tap and a few new bottles. For the area, not a bad experience.
