Canned on 10/2/18

Pours a hazy golden straw with a finger and a quarter of fairly thick white head; really great retention and consistent lacing both spattered and painted around the glass.

Aroma of earthy funk and yeast from the pilsner malt, masking a delicate tropical bouquet and an amalgamation of citrus notes; definite wheat presence adds further body, while the citrus adds a brightness to an aroma that would otherwise be overwhelmed by earthy malt and grain.

Taste of soft hops interact in excellent balance with the wheat; great bit of variety coming from these hoppy notes as well, ranging from citrus and tropical to subtly earthy and dank.

Mouthfeel is medium-bodied with a medium-high level of carbonation that can be felt at times, but seldom out-of-balance; smooth, with much of the wheat tempering any hop bite and resulting in a prickliness that’s just as grainy as it is hoppy in character.

Nothing particularly outstanding, but the balance between wheat and hops is spot-on, and something I don’t normally get from IPAs of this style. Just a pleasant, easy-drinking wheated IPA with a unique bit of character here and there.

Can. Pours slightly hazy but glowing. On the can I had, it said it used mostly Sabro hops. I can't remember personally having a beer that was exclusively (or close to it) Sabro. It has a unique flavor. Almost like Nelson in a way with the terroir & fruit dynamic. A bit of a pina colada flavor but with greener hop elements too. Interesting beer.

Bing Bing IPA from Zero Gravity in Vermont is a quality beer in many ways. Color is nothing special as far as NEIPAs go, but the nose explodes with pineapple, melon and loads of citrus. Juicy and a bit dank with an exceptionally smooth mouthfeel, this 8.6% brew should satisfy any hophead. What I particularly enjoyed was a very nice bitterness on the back of the palate in the finish. What was neat was the bar code on the can--in the shape of Vermont! It appears Zero Gravity can run with the big dogs of Vermont--and anyone else, for that matter. Well done!

Hazy, dirty gold color. Modest bar-poured head. Good lacing in the form of webby streaks.

Initially, the smell is traditional APA/IPA with the floral hop forward, pale malt base blend. Subtly though, I get some green spices like thyme and oregano. It's almost imperceptible, but it does bring a nice shift to the typical. Last notable nose is a malted sweetness after the first two whiffs.

The start is more mild than expected but the finish is more interesting. After the bland initial sip, the swallow draws out a fruit punch sweetness and a lighter bittering hop. The aftertaste features a fading sugar and a lasting black pepper bitterness. The body leans rich but the carbonation compensates well. Overall, this is an interesting offering with an unexpected flavor profile.

A: The beer is hazy yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head.
S: Light aromas of melon and pineapple are present in the nose.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste has flavors of tropical fruits—melons and pineapples stand out in particular—along with a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and slightly juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. No bitterness is perceptible.
O: This beer is somewhat juicy and isn't that bitter and seems like a hybrid between an IPA and a New England style IPA.

DATE: November 16, 2018... OCCASION: finishing off the first snow day of the school year with family Monopoly... GLASSWARE: Victory nonick... pours from a sixteen-ounce can an opaque, hazy, sallow yellow-golden body... its head is snow-white, sudsy, and swiftly settled to a quarter-finger in depth... its lacing is coral and ornate, floor to ceiling... thick pine, bright citrus--orange, lemon, grapefruit--and nice floral aromas make this a powerful, acidic promise... first sip is tangy, fizzy, and not far from an orangeade--thin, slightly creamy, refreshing, and lingering slightly, but lacking the effect of an IPA of its purported heft... the pine does not land with its suggested power, though the orange is pronounced... cracker forms its base, and it suggests butterscotch, honey, linseed, and sunflowers... an otherwise pleasant experience, though it doesn't leave the lasting impression of other Vermont products...

Canned 10/2/18. Pours a cloudy amber/blonde hue with a frothy 2 finger head into my glass. Whiff of grainy pilsener malt and wheat in nose. Sharp citrus twang greets the tongue mid-way with a touch of melon rind. Oats create a slick finish that adds a new dimension to the IPA concept. Well worth a try if you can still find it. Looks limited.

Canned 11/07/18.
Moderate to vigorous yields an over one inch creamy white head over a hazy golden body with some sticky lacing. Nose of sweet citrus, pineapple, unripened peach, and melon. Taste mirrors nose somewhat with a veritable fruit salad on your palate. Finish of tangerine pith, melon rind, and a tiny bit of dank hops. Very nice feel and overall, a very unique offering from Zero Gravity and would definitely recommend to juice heads and anyone else for that matter. Cheers!

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Bradford's in Plymouth for about twelve dollars. Have had one brew from these guys, but didn't realize it until I looked the brewer up on here. Pretty solid smooth IPA, would buy again.

Very hazy and almost opaque golden yellow with a creamy fluffy white head. Near perfect retention. Sheets of lacing.
Smells of gentle and subtle fruits. Musky melon and honeydew, white grape, light peach and pineapple, and crackery malt.
The taste is mango and peach upfront, followed by pineapple and lots of cantaloupe. Hints of honeydew melon spread through. Very gentle, restrained, and unripe in its fruitiness. Earthy on the finish, but no bitterness. Clean and lightly dry.
The feel is soft, mellow, well carbonated, and slick.
Overall, a really nice juicy IPA with some unique characteristics that is easy-drinking. Quite pleasant.
