Our house I.P.A. - A fine array of hops in harmony with pale and Crystal malt. Intense hop flavor with a floral aroma. Dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Columbus.

I'm trying this beer at American Flatbread in Burlington, VT. It poured a hazy orangish with white head that is leaving a nice lace. The scent had citrus fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with with pine start and bitter citrus finish. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a solid beer.

Slightly cloudy copper colored with head that lingered and left some fine lacing. Aroma is hoppy but not too citrusy. A nice finish. Good balance. Overall, decent beer.

On tap at the brewpub in American Flatbread. Pours a burnt orange color with an inch plus of frothy head. Some lacing. Floral and citrus hops in the aroma. Smells sweet. The taste is piney hops and citrus peel with some floral hop notes. Orange peel and sweet pine finish. Oily mouthfeel and medium bodied. Solid IPA.

The appearance was a hazy burnt orange color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. Sly messy lacing. The aroma starts off with a sweet bready blend into some lemon zest, and citrusy hops. The flavor leads to a nice blend between the malts and the hops. Really nice crisp balance. Bready citrusy aftertaste with a quick semi-wet finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice balanced bitter to sweet blend laying down on my tongue. Overall, very well balanced AIPA that I would have again.
