I had a perfect lunch here with my friends. This was part of our VT brewery tour and is one of our favorite memories. We waited about 10 min to get a table outside. Perfect 75 degrees with a table in the shade. We ordered two flatbreads to share. One being the special for the day. We LOVED them and ate every last bit. The beer was also delicious. I guess my one complaint would be that they do not offer a sampler. I had the Burl N'Wol since I usually love all sour beers, unfortunately this one just wasn't my cup of tea. Something just wasn't matching with my tastebuds. I stole some of my friends Citizen cider which was awesome. My other friend ordered the Afternooner and could not smiling about the perfection of the moment. We had a great time and the servers were very friendly and hepful.

A cool spot with nice artwork and vibe, the bartender was very nice and cool. Nice merch and a sour 750ml in bottles to take away. Beer was good, nothing outstanding and the selection was decent. Would go back.

American Flatbread is right off of the main town-green, and just south of the Vermont Pub & Brewery. It casual and warm inside (wood floor, wood bar, mirrored back bar, exposed brick walls, tin ceiling, fireplace), although it's showing its age (that can be seen as charming though). The bar is directly to the right as you enter, or you can get a table at a multitude of different spots, which is nice because it's kind of broken up into smaller areas which can be more comfortable.

It's an old building which brings some character with it already, and the menu and some of the artwork they've got up have a kind of 70's hippie-vibe. But we're not really here for the decor, are we? No, we're here for beer and pizza! (Actually, it's flatbread).

There are 16 taps. I'm not sure what the connection with Zero Gravity is, or where they came in, but I'm guessing that they couldn't produce enough beer and so they brought ZG in as partners. Or I could be completely wrong, did it start as ZG and they expanded???... yeah, that's the ticket! What does it really matter if you're getting high-quality beers that for the most part that you can't get somewhere else?

On to the flatbread. There's only one other place in the Burlington area that I think does "flatbread" just as well, but only one, and I won't name them. This is the real stuff, made with organic wheat, and baked in a wood-fired oven! You can choose from their offerings or you can create your own. Personally I'm a little plain, but I like their "Medicine Wheel" which is just organic tomato sauce with mozzarella, grana padano, and Italian herbs - there's no need to muddy the waters if the basics are already perfect!

Given the food options that are available, and especially right in the area, I'd certainly recommend it. Two thumbs up!

This is a nice place with a warm and inviting vibe. There is a nice brick oven pizza display in the center of the main room and a nice bar in the other. A great place for both singles and families. They have good pizza. As for the brews, it is a brewpub which exclusively features the beers brewed by Zero Gravity. I only had one beer, Black Cat Porter, but it was good. The pizza was also nice. I would go back for both the pizza and for the opportunity to try more Zero Gravity brews.

Went here on Sunday during our trip to Burlington. Wanted to sit outside but it was a bit busy so we sat at the bar. Got great service there (two bartenders to check on us) and grabbed some pies and beers. The flatbreads were awesome, really reminded us of the thin crust pizza we get back home. Probably the best pie in VT. Beers were all tasty, fresh, and from the Zero Gravity brewery (but brewed on-site). Had a few of those and was feeling pretty good for a walk by Lake Champlain!
