12 oz bottle.
Poured with a huge, foamy head that rose up and over the edges of the glass even with a partial pour. This head looked like it belonged on a milkshake.
Very appealing, sweet aroma seems a touch malty to style, but tasting reveals a hop-dominated, moderately bitter flavor.
Very smooth and soft feel, with a medium body and medium+ carbonation.

A: This poured a nearly clear gold with moderate white head.
S: It smelled like citrus hops and lemon zest, with a little sweet honey malt.
T: It tasted like sweet honey and mild citrus hops. It had a clean and creamy bittersweet aftertaste.
M: It was somewhat thick with moderate carbonation. Decent body.
D: This was a below average pale ale, with a basic scent and taste and body. The finish was really smooth, so it was quite easy to drink. Not worth trying more than once.

Don't really like IPA's and this one is close, but has a great taste. A slight citrusy flavor with a lot of hop flavor. I would buy this beer again.

Pretty yellow-Amber color.

Good hoppy smell: floral upfront, but definitely some sweeter malty notes.

Taste fairly consistent with smell (but a little worse): bright hoppy notes up high, with a sweet but subdued malty base; doesn't hit the whole tongue.

Feels a bit too carbonated and bright - distracts from taste a bit and feels just slightly cold, rough, dry, maybe a little wheatie.

Enjoyable beer. I might buy it again if it's on sale again, but otherwise, I'll keep exploring.

Poured from a 12oz bottle.

A copper orange body with sizeable head. The hops are present immediately with grapefruit notes and some mineral. Nice lingering finish, a pleasant pale ale.

12 oz bottle poured into a Sam Adams Perfect Pint glass.

Appearance
Straw yellow with 1 finger of white head that dissipates quickly. Excellent clarity with light carbonation.

Nose
Grapefruit zest, pine, and bright florals.

Taste
Traditional flavors of grapefruit and pine. Floral with a slight earthy hop note. Light honey maltiness. Finishes clean.

Mouthfeel
Medium bodied, crisp, clean, and lightly bitter.

Overall
Very traditional take on an APA. Crisp and refreshing.

Overall a "dry hopped APA". A malt forward east coast pale, more English in style IMHO.

Updated to a full review on 2/22/16. This beer has a nice color, like a toasted gold. Head is unimpressive, though, and dissipates pretty quickly. Limited active carbonation. Smell is not complex: tart grapefruit hops are all I can discern. Slightly more complexity on the palate. The hops provide an initial bite that fades, and there are clear malt undertones that build. The lack of carbonation leaves this beer with a soft mouthfeel that's relatively pleasant. Overall, an average APA offering that gains points for approachability.
