12 oz bottle of Mt Mitchell from NC.
Clear amber body with a white head. Good lacing and decent retention.
Hoppy and fruity aroma; surprisingly complex for a single hop IPA.
Flavor: surprisingly complex for a single hop IPA. moderate bitterness for style.
Soft but lively carbonation in a medium body. Dry finish.
Overall: distinct, well crafted SH-IPA.

Good IPA with a solid depth of hoppy flavor in the taste, paired with a respectable level of hop aroma, and both (taste and smell) being of a blend of fruitiness and a touch of dank funkiness. Also, flavorful without being too heavy to enjoy in warmer weather.
