Thanks to Beth and Alex for this one!

This one is a crystal-clear pale amber with a thin ring of head. Seems a little washed out in color.

This one has a bundle of marshmallow and red licorice on top of a sweet malt base, with just a hint of dryness. I'm not sure how "to style" this is, but I like it as I find the sweetness enticing and complex.

The same sweetness is there in the flavor, but it's more situated in the middle. This one starts extremely clean--almost flavorless--like seltzer water, but a lush, grainy sweetness blossoms out of it, soon fading to a rasp of carbonation. A bit of burnt sweetness lingers on in the finish with a touch of woody hops. The dynamism here is really neat, as each sip is a little trip from clean, to sweet, to burnt.

Feels dense and clean at first, but finishes just a bit on the sticky side.

I think this one is better than others suggest. I'm not sure how many of these I could have as the sticky finish gets old after a while, but I appreciate the novelty of the dynamism.

Bottle poured into a glass. Reddish copper color with an off-white head that leaves a little lacing on glass. Nose fairly monotone malty, not much happening. Perhaps some wet paper there as well. Taste, straightforward, not too involved malts with a mild tingle, rather mild hops. There's something slightly woodsy in the latter part of the taste. Not particularly complex or blended. The label says "filtered" but I'm afraid that they filtered a lot of the taste out. Mouthfeel clean and dry, not noteworthy.

[Best served in a Shaker glass]

The pour was a medium brown with a yellow hue and an average sized (1-2 finger) frothy off white head that diminished to a thin layer of residue and lasted throughout creating some really good spotty sticky lacing.

The aroma was of mild bread and grain malts, an herbal hop and a sweet earthy yeast with notes of toffee and caramel.

The taste was lightly sweet and malty with just a mild hint of toffee at first and then got a little hop bite with a nice caramel note at the end. The flavor lasted a decent amount of time with a slight hoppiness left at the finish.

Mouthfeel was just a bit above light in body with the texture being a bit watery and a tad dry with a lively carbonation.

Overall a nice tasty Amber ale with a nice mild hoppiness to it. But it seems that everything I try from this brewer is quite tasty.

Pours copper with a healthy white head. Nice lacing that sticks around. Not much nose, slight malt. Taste is well balanced but very light for my tastes. There's just not much there. A little toffee and malt, with a very understated hop finish. Not horrible, easily drinkable, just not that good.
