Pours a clear, gold color. 1/2 inch head of a white color. Great retention and good lacing. Smells of pale malt, slight sweet malt, hint of citrus, hint of yeast, hint of hop, and slight spice. Fits the style of a Witbier. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. Taste of pale malt, slight sweet malt, hint of yeast, hint of hop, hint of spice, and a hint of wheat. Overall, good appearance, aroma, weak body, but decent blend. More malt and less citrus than I'm accustomed to in a Witbier.

No freshness date, poured into a pint. Bottle was a gusher upon opening

A- pours a hazy golden yellow color with a small creamy white head that retains nicely, leaving some chart lasting lace behind

S- crisp wheat with some floral hop, coriander & orange peel, light earthy tones

T- wheat and crisp up front with notes of coriander and other spicy notes, clean and malty finish

M- medium body with very low carbonation leads to a slightly foamy mouthfeel and a slick finish. All of the carbonation must have left when the bottles gushed upon opening

O- middle of the road witbier, not offensive but doesn't stand out
