Part of the "English Series" at Natty's going on right now.Poured into an imperial nonic a clear lighter copper color with a thin wispy white head atop.Mild toastiness and biscuit malt mixed with fruity esters in the nose.Biscuit malt and a bit of dry toast on the palate with the fruity tones light and in the finish, not much hop presence to be had. It's actually pretty good for the style, it won't wow you by any means,it is what it is.
