Appearance: Pale yellow hefeweizen. Good foam and lacing. Looks nice with orange wedge.

Smell: Good hef sourness. Some lemon with hints of banana maltiness, but mostly citrus. Some cloves as well.

Taste/Mouthfeel: Excellent flavor. Very original. Citrus hops with some malted spices. Excellent apple finish. Very crisp hefeweizen.

Drinkability: Well-balanced fruitiness and maltiness.

Overall: Very unique hef.
