12 oz Bottle

A: Two fingers of mocha colored head sits atop a black beer. Nice layer of retention with some slick lacing.

S: Malty and roasted coffee. Mocha. Some chocolate.

T/M: Dark roasted coffee. Mocha. Similar to the aroma. Malts. Medium bodied. Light carbonation. Milk chocolate texture. Taste is porter all the way.

O: Good Porter. Dunkin Coffee is a hit or a miss, but t works well in this beer.

Cheers!!

Poured from the bottle into a nonic pint glass. Enjoy by February 15th 2019.

Rich lathery forming dark tan to mocha brown colored head. Reaches an easy three fingers with excellent cascading bubbles and form. Nearly black, with a supper dark walnut tinged black brown body, and very inky and shiny looking. Great looking porter.

Aroma opens up very much on the pour. Thick roasted coffee with touches of a slight licorice root, and char. Minimal sweetness but also a little bit milky smelling as well.

Palate seems rather straightforward. Light bodied but with a good amount of sharp dark roast and crispy qualities. Mid palate has a good rather drip coffee flavor, but lots of good roasted malt. Finishes again with a bit of that interesting black licorice quality, a little candy like, but luckily forgoes much sweetness. A faint touch of milk chocolate seems a little more noticeable on the nose also after a few good sips and gulps.

Pretty solid porter, kind of basic, turned out to be fairly just well dialed in for the most part than some sort of donut sugary mess I was expecting. Solid brew

A fun and enjoyable beer!

Poured from a bottle into a tulip glass. Rich dark brown with good beige head and lacing. Sweet dark berries and coffee smell and taste. Smooth feel.

Deviating from my normal review pattern to say that if this is a tribute to Dunkin, then Harpoon must not like them as they really shit the bed on this one.

It looks and smells like your average porter but the coffee has left the building and is non-existent in both flavor and aroma.

I wanted to buy a sixer or case of this, but luckily my friend saved me by sharing a single bottle with me. Not recommended.

Very dark pour with dark brown head. Heavy aroma of roasted malt and coffee. Smooth taste. Not too malty. Nice coffee finish. A six pack and a dozen donuts would make a great breakfast.
