Poured from a 12 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip

L: Hazed golden pour with fluffy white head. Nice lacing.

S: Light citrus and tropicals.

T.F: Follows the nose. Modest flavor... light citrus and fruit. Fairly simple... modest bitterness. Light grain bill. Well carbonated. Light bodied.

O: An easy drinking low ABV NE style IPA. Pretty average... somewhat light on flavor but at least not unpleasant. Crushable... forgettable.

Smells hoppy and tropical. I drank this beer fast. It's chuggable and light bodied. Mango and papaya are without a doubt present. Get it while it's good: There won't be any leftovers.

12 Oz bottle poured into glass
Look - hazy of course, yellow-orange color. Medium foam head with some glass lacing
Smell - juicy and tropical -- pineapple, papaya, mango, and sweet biscuit.
Taste - Harpoon has a house flavor for it's beers, you either like it or don't. I like it and this is along the same lines as their IPA. Rich ripe tropical fruit, mainly pineapple. Fairly strong hit of malt. Finish is dry and crisp and a little bitter but the total bitterness is not very apparent. It's a sweet sugary offering. Carbonation is medium-high. Body medium-light.

Overall, it's fairly average for a summer pale ale. It has a good amount of flavor but nothing that really surprises. It's just a good tropical summer beer. Nothing more, nothing less. I like their mango beer significantly more. Grade is an A-

From a 12 fl. oz. bottle dated 03/04/19. Sampled May 25, 2019.

The appearance is a cloudy looking light amber-yellow tone with a modest, fading white head.

Being almost three months old, the hop character is getting stale. My nose picks up some of the herbal and fruit qualities that might have been there more abundantly when this beer was still fresh.

Medium body but an acidic sort of finish.

The taste brings out a slightly more notable fruit character that seems to have faded in the aroma but the malts are kind of woody and cardboard. Another one I should have have tried back then....

From the bottle, it pours a hazy amber with a nice large white head that sticks around for a bit. In the nose, it is citrus. In the mouth, it is pineappley citrus and malt. Refreshing!

A: Pours a hazy yellow color with2 fingers of head that fades down to a thin cap that leaves decent lacing

S: Some citrus and floral notes up front along with a balancing maltiness

T: Follows the nose. Starts off with a bit of citrus and floral hop notes as well as a light bitterness. Malt balances nicely. Finishes with lingering floral notes

M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation

O: A nice, easy-drinking pale ale. Good for summer. Solid
