Consumed at the brewery on June 29th, 2012. Labeled 5.6% ABV on menu.

Beer is a clear medium gold. Only a thin skin of white foam to make a minimal crown. No sheeting.

No aroma.

Flavor is marked by an indistinct caramel malt character. A splash of Simcoe at the end. Bitterness lasts a long time. Slight oxidization.

Mouthfeel is very dry, at the verge of there being something wrong with the beer but not quite.

Not a fan of this one.
