Pours a green-yellow color with less cloudiness than most wits. Great starting head that dies to a single layer of bubbles. Some ring lace on the glass side.

Chaulky is the first impression of the smell of this beer. Next, I'd describe it as earthy as if the French wished to place some of their <<terroir>> into the beer. The nose is redeemed somewhat by a crisp element that adds some dimension.

Mildly tart (in a good way) with some elements of citrus rind twisted into the brew. Some wheat (naturally). This is hyper-carbonated which thins the body too much, although it does give a crispness that I like.

This isn't a complicated beer but will do in a pinch.

The head quickly fades into a thin white collar. Pale hazy yellow color body. The smell is extremely sweet and citric: lemon and grapefruit, with some peppery notes. The taste is similarly sweet and citric with herbal notes; almost like candy on some aspects, showing a slightly artificial sweetness. The mouthfeel is round, a little light and watery maybe, but with a nice subtle hoppiness in the aftertaste. A good beer to sip on in the summer.
