It's hard to go wrong when a bar has over 80 beers on draft and a diverse food selection, much of which is made from scratch! The bartenders are gorgeous and courteous, though their level of beer knowledge could use some improvement, but overall great bartenders.

This bar is my #1 hang out in Albuquerque. They have the best draft beer selection in the city, plus a number of bombers (that are priced ridiculously cheap) hidden in the back. The food is excellent for bar fare, and the service is top notch - great looking girls who know their beer.

Entering, the elongated "U"-shaped, copper topped bar was at a slight left oblique with some high tables and chairs along the right wall. The back bar was, at first glance, an impressive selection of tap handles easily rivaling those of Old Chicago. However, on closer inspection, I saw a lot of macros, especially on the left end. I was satisfied with a Santa Fe Pale Ale, but it was a one-and-done, especially when the server acted as though I were wearing the dreaded Cloak of Invisibility. It was definitely an underwhelming place. The sign said that it had been established in 1985 and it did not seem like there had been many updates since then.

This bar had very few patrons the night we visited even considering it was the BCS championship night. The bar has a slight 80's decor but overall is a cool bar. The service was excellent. By the time we sat down we had three waitresses serving us the good food and beer and all were very friendly and chatty. The selection was quite large and most were available on tap and in bottles with a good selection of the common imports and domestics plus many microbrews as well. The food is definitely a must and I recommend the hellfire chips. It a great place to go to catch a game, relax with friends over a beer and play some darts.
