I bought the mixed six pack tonight on a whim. I saw that on the package it said 'handcrafted' and 'organic' and I thought 'why not, right?'. I do not get much selections in my area. When I buy great beer I'm paying 4-8 bucks a beer!
I hate lagers for the most part, but gall-dang-it! Very good. Hops. Crispness. Everything you want! HIGHLY recommended. True passion and love went into this beer. And what I find surprising is all their beers stay to traditional forms of brewing. Respect.
I urge you to try all of their beers!

Soft, straw filtered with lots of carbonation. Topped with 2 fingers of white head.
Dry, malty, clean scent. Malts, not skunky, and a little corn. Cereal and porridge.
Clean, crisp, malty, a hint of metallic at the beginning but this fades out, a fair amount of German style hop bitterness creeps in on the finish and remains. Almost a hint of white wine quality.
Light body, fine, appropriate carbonation for the style. Dry all the way through.
Dry, clean, German style lager. The longer I drink it, the more it grows on me. Got in Chiang Mai, drank here May 16, 2016.

Poured from a 330 ml bottle into a pint glass, third beer sampled from a mixed 6-pack of Tuatara's core brews. As expected, this authentic no frills take on the Helles lager style is a very pale straw color with ample white foam. Visually quite impressive. A Helles is supposed to be super low degrees Lovibond and this nails the visual presentation almost perfectly. Aroma is similarly subtle and classy, pale malt provides the backbone but there is also some subdued lemony citrus that shows up on the palate as well. Tastes like fresh pale malt, crackers and maybe a popcorn-like flavor along with sweet hay, a floral note like orris root, subtle hints of cherry and raisin, white pepper spice and lemon rind along with a green grassy and subtly fruity flavor that I often get from Hallertau and other German hops, tastes like watermelon rind to me. Carbonation is quite brisk. Very clean and crisp malt flavor with a rather dry finish, although there is some residual sweetness as well. Technically proficient Helles but lacks some of the character of bona-fide German versions. This is the worst thing I can say about the beer though.

330ml reptilian bottle from a Tuatara mixed 6 pack. Purchased and consumed with lunch on a warm afternoon on the waterfront in Wellington, NZ.
Very good medium+ carbonation with a crisp, dry feel; medium-light body
Mildly hoppy. Balanced mix of hops and malts. A touch sweet up front but has a mildly bitter aftertaste.
O: a solid version of this Bavarian style with, perhaps, a bit more aroma and flavor than average.

A: Light amber, opened with a lot of foam which faded fast.
S: Slight citrus.
T: Refreshing but not a lot going on apart from a faint lemony flavour.
M: On the thin side.
O: Balanced and clean but not particularly exciting. Wouldn't seek this out.

Light clear bright golden and a thin white head. Medium carbonation which is nice to watch through such a light clear beer.
Aroma leans towards sweet malt but remains clean.
Taste as well is very clean. Nice malt character but avoids being grainy or overly sweet. Hops are minimal but bitterness is sufficient for balance.
A great beer for a hot evening. And despite the weather this is a very well made beer and would be good any time.

A - clear bright bubbly golden, one finger of head dissipated to a thin cover
S - peppery, metallic, grainy, faint hint of brown sugar sweetness
T - peppery and grassy hops, metallic, grainy crackery malt backbone, light buttery sweet finish
M - light, well carbonated, crisp, clean, lightly dry
O - a simple clean cut representation of the style, well balanced and very drinkable
